I never received a tracking email.
Tracking numbers go out within two hours of pickup. Check your spam folder, then request a resend.
I lost my tracking number.
Send us your name, the origin city, and the approximate ship date. Your operator can look up the tracking ID and resend it within an hour. Contact your operator.
My tracking number isn't working.
Tracking activates after the first scan at our origin warehouse. If it has been more than 24 hours since pickup, flag it for review.
